At SkinDoctor, we take care seriously. It is important to us that our customers are satisfied and we do our utmost to that end. Despite our attention and efforts, it may happen that you are not satisfied. You can then file a complaint.
You can count on us to always take your complaint seriously and that we will do everything possible to reach a solution together. Your complaint also helps us to improve our services.
The current version of the privacy statement available on the website is the only version that applies for as long as you visit the website, until a new version replaces the current version.<\/p>

What should you do?<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Please send your complaint by email to ref@skindoctor.nl. Please describe your complaint as precisely as possible and to which treatments, practitioner, location and times it relates. We will then contact you as soon as possible and do our utmost to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction.<\/li>
  2. If you cannot come to an agreement with us, your doctor will put you in touch with DOKh's Complaints Officer.
    DOKh's Complaints Officer is independent and will work with you to resolve your complaint. Within 1 week of your complaint becoming known to DOKh, the Complaints Officer will contact you. The Complaints Officer will try to mediate the complaint if you are open to doing so.<\/li>
  3. If, despite the mediation talks, you fail to reach a solution, the Complaints Officer will support you in any next step. Your complaint then becomes a dispute.
