Directions for use:<\/strong><\/p>\n You must prepare your skin with at least one bottle of Vitamin A, C & E Body Oil before you can<\/p>\n Start with needling. You should build up your rolling routine gradually. Begin with once a week and slowly work your way up to daily use. Divide the area to be treated into smaller zones and, applying gentle pressure, roll over each zone in vertical, horizontal and diagonal directions for about 3 minutes.
